Is there a cost to join? No, all meetings are free and open to anyone interested in improving their health in a supportive community setting. If we go to an outing (like bowling), attendees will cover their own costs to participate.

What should I bring to the meetings? Just bring yourself and a willingness to learn and engage! You can bring a notepad and pen if you would like, but notes will be provided.
